Writer of Marketer Gems.
I’ve been in marketing since 2017 when I ran my first business: a coffee shop in Austin, TX. Marketing was a huge part of growing that business, and when I exited it, I decided to move into the marketing world, first working at an agency, then into tech.
Over the years, I’ve learned messaging & positioning, copywriting, SEO, data analytics, automation, and yeah, a little programming.
Check out my current and previous projects on my portfolio page.
Here of some of my favorite resources I've created:
Other things I love: coffee, 80s movies/music/style/culture, creating music of my own, hiking (when it’s not 100 degrees!)

Look, I'm not trying to change the world here.
I'm just trying to make it a little bit better, more fun, more creative, and more artistic. I'm exhausted by the cornflower blue of corporate tech (conjure an image of Tyler Durden) – appealing to as many folks as possible while taming all the unique aspects of the product. No no no.
Go into a kindergarten classroom and the kids to raise their hand if they are an artist. Every hand will go up.
So, what happened? I think that we are all artists and creators, though at some point we lost that.
Well, let's bring that back. Take creative risks. Make art. Define your own path and your own rules.
